The Environmental Management Office (Oficina de Manejo Ambiental, OMA) of the USAID’s Northern Zone Consolidation Project developed and produced four issues of this magazine and delivered copies to more than 300 educators and naturalists in Costa Rica’s northern Zone. Heavily illustrated with original line art and photographs, the magazines explored species, habitats and people of the region, with a strong focus on natural history, ecology and conservation. We are in the process of translating the magazine from Spanish to English and republishing them as books (one on each language). Click on the links below for examples of some of the articles.
